Can I support the initiative with monthly payments only?

The number of sponsors and donation sum per kilometre serves as extra motivation for the running team. Nevertheless, there are also sponsors who ask for donations for the initiative on special occasions or have a piggy bank on their premises and transfer the collected funds. The sky is the limit.
Therefore, those who do not wish to register can still transfer an amount directly to the José Carreras Leukaemia Foundation in Germany.
Our request: please also state 'Ruhrwalze' as the reference.

To where do I transfer the donation?

Although a regular payment method is stated in the registration, you can also pay twice yearly or a lump sum at the beginning of December.
Upon majority request, the info e-mails will now only be sent once a year (at the beginning of December).

How do I obtain a donation receipt?

Team Ruhrwalze cannot provide receipts. A donation receipt will be issued by the recipient, Deutsche José Carreras Leukämie-Stiftung e. V. if the transfer includes the full address of the sender. For more information, please follow the link to the Foundation.

What do I have to do if I no longer wish to make a donation?

We hope that this case never arises, but in the event that it does, all we ask is that you notify us of when you wish to stop by writing to the e-mail address stated in the Imprint. We will delete your details after the date given in this.
